Although private healing sessions are necessary and helpful, ultimately, healing will always be something that you have to do yourself. Doing specific self-healing exercises, changing your life-style and even your life philosophy are things that no-one can do for you. Healing and transformation go together. In fact, healing is transformation, and transformation leads to healing.
Qigong classes & workshops focus on developing and exploring internal forces for self-healing and transformation. Spirituality is always an essential part of each workshop. Regular practice enhances physical & emotional healing and spiritual growth.
In addition, Qigong can help with the integration of your new vibrational energy field after having undergone healing sessions or intensive workshops.

Before I started to facilitate/teach these workshops myself, I have been taking them with Derek O'Neill (and continue to do so!) and I must say that the "MTWSYF" workshops are the most powerful and life-changing ones I have ever experienced in this lifetime. This is because God, Source, Jesus, Buddha, Krishna is the teacher, not the person facilitating the workshop.
